A partnership with Filson, Coldfoot was another blend of the original Westland mashbills and finishes as observed in the Core Range. Each bottle was packaged in a canvas bag made by Filson.
As part of the promotion, Filson released a series of co-branded t-shirts, caps, stickers, a pullover hoodie, and a stoneware shot glass. Release events were held at Westland (February 21, 2020) and at three Filson stores: Portland (February 27, 2020), Boston (March 12, 2020), and New York (March 19, 2020).
In terms of flavor components, Coldfoot was somewhat a sequel to Winter 2016 and an early prototype of Flagship.
